Remote Support Engineer – Remotely
We are looking for a Remote Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 year of experience in providing remote IT support for desktops, networks, and user systems.
Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users via remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely.
- Manage support tickets, documentation, and timely resolution.
- Assist in remote deployment of software, patches, and updates.
- Collaborate with on-site teams for escalations and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Prior experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency with remote access tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Stable internet connection and ability to work independently.
