Job Description

We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers with a minimum of 6 months of work experience for an immediate joiner.

Job Description

  • Provide L1 desktop support to end-users on hardware, software, and networking issues.

  • Troubleshoot desktop systems, install OS and application software.

  • Manage and maintain user profiles and system backups.

  • Assist with antivirus installation and updates.

  • Escalate complex issues to L2 support team.

Requirements

  • Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.

  • Good understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting tools.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Location: Mysore, Karnataka
